Posting Polls

Are forum users not allowed to post polls?

OK, I've seen other members do it... Is it based on # of posts? Generally when you select the poll option, you're given a field to type the options into, I'm not seeing the field...

Select the box for a poll, then hit submit.

So it gives you the poll options after submitting? Odd... I didn't want to submit a trash post if I couldn't run the poll heh.
