I've seen lately that the different employees of the company are indeed sometimes active on this forum, but I've also witnessed something I find quite worrying and demonstrates a lack of communication.
You all regularly contradict each other and give different information, I'd recommend a simple course of action and that would be reading each others posts.
gain from skillpoint is reduced by a good 50%
but basic stats got doubled, so end stats for a lev 20 unit is same, for example my old pre expansion knights at lev 20 where 25700 hp 450 dmg. my current knights are 24500 hp 457 dmg, same res same stamina same regen etc.
Simply the skillpoints give less for reduce theproblem that low level units where too underpowered vs high ones, becouse 90% of an unit ability to fight is made thrue skillpoints and not thue basic stats.
The final stats result is almost the same and this is math not opinions, now levels matter much less in the strenght of an unit so a lev 10 can fight for real a lev 20 now."
"I do see the problem with the price to level up units, and amount of kills required to grind them being too high now though.
Thanks for your concern we`ll look into it."
"Sorry to hear about this bad experience - to be honest first time I hear about this was today - seem to effect very small number of people, but still - this is truly a crippling bug.
Downloading the new client won`t help here.
Does it still happen after you log out to main menu, and log back in? Is this permanent or temporary? We`ll have this fixed for the patch coming up in a couple of days. But need more feedback.
@ Mods - if you know about this please add more details, somehow I missed this one."
"Thank you for all your logs. We know about this rare bug, and were creating another fix next patch. Re installing the client or trying our website client can fix these issues in the mean time.
You can download the client at our download page here:
We will get this completely fixed as soon as we can."
These are just some examples I found with just a few minutes of browsing, given the amount of topics here it wouldn't be difficult to find more.
I personally find that Konstaintin's posts are the honest ones, and by far the most re-assuring. I can say that as I work in a service based environment, a lot of the responses to issues from some of the people are also very scripted, I don't think people want to feel like they just emailed a telecomms company over an issue with their network and had an advisor throw in a pre populated paragraph and made a few alterations.
As a manager in a service based environment, I encourage advisors not to do this.
I have enjoyed the game greatly despite the issues I've been having, and hope the service will improve to even greater heights in the coming months.
