Question Dwarve Rifleman Level Up Help
Whats the best way to skill Dwarve Rifleman up?
Anything else if i use them they will eventually special if there still lvl 1 skill up but for some reason these Rifleman take forever or im doing something wrong. or is this intended?

Is it possible to skill them up using NPC Towns? if so what town may i go too in order to skill them up?
