I`ve checked and the server is up and running. Try disabling your antivirus, checking that DoF.exe and or Dawn.exe are allowed by your firewall (or temporary disabling firewall). Also try restarting your computer, and restarting your wireless router/modem (turn the power off and back on). That should fix it.
