All your progress, including rewards you get from our store, as well as any achievements e.t.c will all be transferred. Don`t forget this is an MMOish game so all your progress is stored persistently online.
And while Steam version might have a slightly lower price (we really don`t have any details on that yet), as far as the special content goes - the sale at our store is the best deal around. However it might possible to find the game at a lower price at other stores, but without any Dragons, Dwarfs e.t.c
