Besides the standards like, battles won, units killed, dmg dealt (ofc hand in hand with battles lost, units lost, dmg gotten), i could think of:
1 Most often bought out
2 Most xp earned
3 Most dragons slain
4 Most Orc, elf, human armies defeated
5 Most distance walked at the world map
6 Most wolves killed
7 Most gold lost in storage
8 Most workers
9 Biggest army
... ongoing
