I was actully able to fix the problem but just for you to udnerstand this was in every level I entered and he would not go unconscious, I would be able to move him around and use his ability (once) and even when I tried to kill him he would stay at 1 hp and still be able to wolk around like he was at full. Even in my hometown he would be like this.
