I send an email to support on 11/20 and still haven't received a reply. I sent another follow up email a few minutes ago. Can you assist in making sure I at least get a reply. I'm a developer myself and understand the pressures of a small dev team, but 10 days of waiting for an acknowledgement is ridiculous regardless of team size.
Also, its not an email filter problem - I've received the initial sign up and forum sign up emails just fine, and I don't have anything quarantined by my email server filter.
