And to confirm - this is a known but extremely rare bug that we are tracking down, and yeah - guess you are pretty lucky to get that
One thing to keep in mind - to avoid this in the future - this bug is sometimes caused by running other applications while playing DoF - downloading something, youtube videos e.t.c
