There is no reward for liberating all the towns yet - other than being able to trade with all of them - but we will add this reward quest in the upcoming patch in a few days, so you`ll get that reward due, it`ll be something along the lines of 60 Influence points.
And yes - adviser did mean purchasing Dragons with Influence Points. Dragons will go on sale late this week and this will make more sense.
