Lets try a better explanation
1.) You need to enable Windows option to 'Show Hidden Files and Folders'. Full tutorial for this is available here:

2.) Go to your user directory C:\Users\Your User Name Here
3.) Navigate from your user directory to folder
AppData, and then to
Local. For more instruction, see:
4.) There should be a folder named
DoF, in that folder, locate and delete file called local_saved_data
