The game activation key and the keys for the dragon and influence points are all separate. Bonus keys for units/influence only get tied to an account once you activate them.
If you have multiple bonus keys from multiple sources, you can either use them all yourself on one city, spread them around your cities (you can have up to 4 cities per account) or give them away to your friends.
