From what I can find about this error, that error can occur if your .NET Framework installation is broken.
I recommend re-installing the .NET Framework -
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=24872 - then after restarting your computer try installing Dawn of Fantasy again using an admin account.
If this doesn't work, let us know and we will help you find another solution.
