Default New castles
I think only one city is not enough for a ruler. Why not to allow to upgrade your Keep? Now it looks like a house. I think, the Keep should be similar to Tower of London design. Or to the Rochester castle.
Why not to allow to build new castles on the map, when you have build everything inside your city ?
