Hello - I have confirmed the problem - and it`s not a bug, but once again issue with our game server having a hard time coping with all the new players downloading and installing the game. Problems like this will stop in a couple of days once all the new players make it in-game.
Basically what happens - as you are stuck on the loading screen - the game tries to save the progress of the quest to the online server, but due to hundreds of players doing the same at the same time connection gets bogged down
To confirm - during what time do you usually play?
