What game mode did you try? Online Kingdom, Kingdom Wars, Skirmish? Do you get a black screen on all of them?

If so - please reproduce this error, then exit the game. After that go to the installation folder - for example Program Files/Dawn of Fantasy/ and look up Log1.txt file, and reply here and using Attachment Manager (you`ll see it when posting your reply) please attach this Log1.txt file with you reply, and we`ll fix this for you.
