I wouldn't look into it that much. ;) The issue is more regarding 505's own approach and some mistakes they made on their end with DOF - such as the many delays to the marketing campaign and the North American retail shipments. Their marketing campaign still never came and they weren't prepared to deliver it, so they decided to just back out and focus on their unreleased games. So it's not that DOF is unpublishable by any means (we've been pitching it again for the last two weeks and received very positive comments) but 505 is taking some time to evaluate the PC and RTS markets and how to target those audiences - they're more of a console game publisher, and unfortunately both parties noticed that a little too late.
