No, you only need to buy once. When you bought the game, you should have received a
retail key, this is the key you need to use to install the game and create an account.
If you played the beta, you would have had a different
beta key, but that key is no longer valid.
If you pre-ordered the game and have not yet received your boxed copy or download instructions with a retail key, then you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from.
You will need to uninstall the beta version of the game as per the instructions above and install the retail version of the game.
