From what we heard most merchant that sell Dawn of Fantasy do not offer refunds. But hey we are not letting you go that easily
I`ve replied in the post with your town issue - we are working on it, unfortunately our programming staff had to take a weekend off (first in two months). So solution would only be here on Tuesday.
Meanwhile - I`ve send you a Private Message - as well as to 3 other people (out of entire player base) effected by this bug. Hopefully it`ll set things right.
