Default elven city crash
Pseudo : Naharos
City : Araliel

My brother's city crash after load. His gatehouse building in loop and after patch. He see one time his city and promontory (for balist) are different height, then missing tower maybe replaced by wall.

But the main bug it's crash on loading city.
