Ingame Errors can also sometimes cause out of sync. Your log may have those errors that i need to fix the issue. Not all errors cause out of sync only some.
If one player has encountered an error before the game began and the other player did not, the odds of the game going out of sync increases.
I just fixed one of those in orc marauder.
