Yes it actually might.

You can take a screenshot in-game using F1 key, it`ll store a BMP file in your main DoF folder. You will then need to convert it into JPG (you can open it in MS PAint and save as JPG), and attach it using forum`s Attachment Manager.

For the log - please look up Log1.txt file in your main DoF folder. Be sure to start your town and get this bug, before copying this log and posting it.
