And the quest is just bugged, I had that in all my last cities in the beta. It finishes instantly without the need to build anything (but its smart to build the mill..or two^^).

ya thats what i figured, but thought i should say somthin. I went and built a Barn so everythings going good. very fun game though. thanks for the help and info guys.
