Donnie Darko isn't my absulutly favorite movie but i love the dialogs there. You can preaty much quote the entire thing. (some examples: )

Frank: 28 days... 6 hours... 42 minutes... 12 seconds. That... is when the world... will end.

Donnie: I made a new friend today.
Dr. Lilian Thurman: Real or imaginary?
Donnie: Imaginary.

Donnie: Why do you wear that stupid bunny suit?

But the best quote from this movie is not words, its a single frame from the movie, (to those you have seen it) when donnie is going out of the theatre with his hood on!!!! (i'll try to find it later.)
