It's true, i've seen several gaming companies take the intern approach on their active forum members, it's an awesome opportunity for those who have trained their skills/education doing what they enjoy doing to jump right in and not just get their foot in the door but end up in a good position instantly as it's something that interests them specifically as well as a future position. I just hope we got a few of those here.
