Solid application - I`ve forward this to Joseph and Andy, but from what I saw - they would probably schedule an interview late next week.

..but as far as formatting goes - I`ll be honest this is one the most awkward job applications formats I ever seen Especially the use of smiley faces. (I took liberty in removing smileys before forward this)
