Yea, unfortunately there's no windowed switch or a resolution selection at the moment. The game will run fullscreen on your desktop resolution.

Hmm.. Maybe the income is just so low that it rounds it to 0 ? Do the peasants have a very long distance to the drop off point? That can drop the average gathering rate down a lot.
