Is there a way to fix it the wall issue?
Now that the wall building doesnt reset I was hoping it would finish my walls but they are not continuing to build - Am i permenantly stuck like this now or...

Orc Palisades / Fortress upgrade
Had many times it tell me my walls were complete so I started my fortress upgrade but it is no long advancing because one of the small outskirt outposts didn't fully finish and keeps rebuilding...
