They don't need 100% rating, only Steam wants to see that there will be a community of steam users behind the game, it's mentioned in their FAQ's somewhere on the Greenlight pages.

Thanks, it finally quit updating after maybe 20 or more times of it downloading updates. Guess it must have been a really old client maybe.

I'm trying to install the game, however the updater gets down to only 2 files left before it's done and it crashes to the desktop.

I know I've read others have had issues with the udpater...
