Heros - Having a choice of a Female character

I see this in just about every game online and other games as well. Your always stuck with a male character/leader.

Also maybe some customizable choices? Such as outfits, hair(s) & colors? Nothing...

Level bug

Every time I enter my city or go into a quest; I always has to re-spec my Royal dragon, thought that this was a little odd.
