Exactly the same problem here. After using world map and fighting with your army, nearly all orcs stop gathering stone, wood and stop building palisades until I relog and I´ve to give gathering...

Same problem here and every time I relog or visit my city again, I´ve to give commands to the orc laborer to gather wood again. Would have attached the log1.txt, but can´t find the attachment button...
