Easier way to upgrade skill points of large groups of units.

It seems annoying to upgrade each squad's skill points individually. There should be a way to upgrade all like units at the same time no matter what level. specifically talking about the skill points...

The game would be an absolutly awesome RTS if you could make friends and have them on the same map as you. This would include being able to see their city, fight them, and trade with them as we do...
