The patch didn't seem to help at all. I duel boot...

The patch didn't seem to help at all. I duel boot my PC with XP and Vista, so I reinstalled under Vista and everything works great with Max settings

My game tends to run smoothly for a bit then it will start running very slowly until it almost freezes up, then it will return to normal. It happens in all areas of the game and I have tried...
