Invalid Code
 
Ok yesterday I purchased 120 crowns, (I know I didn't need to purchase them but I wanted my walls lol) got my code but every time I enter it into the ingame box in the market it comes up as invalid, have already emailed support@reverie but no answer so far. I've lost count of the number of times I've tried entering the code but with the same result every time.
Help please :)
As a suggestion the code box really needs copy/paste ability as the code is a combination of upper case/lower case letters and numbers

Hmm, you'll get reply from support in a day or two. In meantime, be sure that you are not copying blank spaces and stuff like that.

Thanks for the reply, if it had just been tried a couple of times then yea a possibility but its not, its a lot of times lol, I even had my wife check the code as sent and what I'd written and then what I typed in, same result, and as I said in my suggestion, I cant copy a blank space because cut/copy/paste isn't available in code box, no right click option is.

Just checked emails, including junk folder and nothing from Reverie yet

Am guessing the time on these forums is US time, as i'm in the UK its now 23.41 here, at least 6 hours since Hi11 said I should have had an email from Reverie, unfortunately still not the case :( I'm really hoping this isn't a game that is ruined by poor support, so far the evidence is yes !!

Slammed with upcoming patch, you should have got an email, I doubled checked everything today, if not pm right away and ill do it now!
