Lost Army
 
Hey, I was moving my army back from a mission when the game crashed, It was late so i decided to go to bed. When i checked today my hero had been teleported to my town and my army had dissapeared. It consisted of 4 swordsmen, 2 footknights, 2 mounted knights, 4 bowmen 1 crossbow unit. a ram and trebuchet, 2 peasnts and a horse cart, along with the resources i received from the battle. Ive had this happen often and ive been wondering if there is a known workaround, perhaps not for the losses during a crash but for avoiding lossing ure army during transfers?

I'm sorry for you loss. About your lost army, you can always contact game moderator to see if you can get refund. :)

i did when thus happened before, i was told to make a post on he forums, Im aware the forums say ask a mod :)) whats a guy to do :P

It's always good to post issues like this on forums, just to let DEVs know so they can check it. Also include log.txt

About refund, did you get it?

This happened to me as well and I was deeply sad i will just ask a mod to get refunds and stuff but it was pretty frustrating looking for my army for like 10 minutes lol.

We're fixing the server issues and adding in more save points, so hopefully the crashes will be rarer and if they do happen players won't lose as much.

Mods have the power to give out Resources and Crowns which should cover most losses, if you've lost anything just send them a whisper/pm when you see them in the in-game chat e.g. "/w Zvonzi I lost 20k gold worth of units, please help", and they will take it from there.

Normal units will be compensated for with Gold, shop units will be compensated for with Crowns.

If it's a special unit like an Ice Dragon or a Haunter Dragon which you can only get from a bonus code, please email support@reverieworld.com, we'll investigate and issue a replacement.
