Human quest (Into the swamps) mission stuck
 
Hey guys - there seems to be a issue with this mission. I've entered the battle map, got to the old wizard, he disappeared, I was attacked by a small group on my way out, after talking to Miron (I think thats the NPCs name thats assisting me in battle) it just stays in the battle, forever. He states to prepare for a battle once you make it to him, but nothing happens.

I've attempted to clear the entire map (unable to because of enemies getting stuck into buildings), waiting at what seemed a important place as if I was trying to end a co-op siege, I've even killed Miron out of boredom after waiting around for a bit. I'm maybe either missing something that should be taking place, or the games hanging up on this quest at the point when you have to make contact with Miron after the wizard disappears. I went back to kill ALL green reaction forces that came after him thinking this might be it - it wasn't.

Hung up or being simple minded - either way I can't complete this quest...

The quest should complete after defeating the enemy units that come after you and Morin.

It's possible that there may have been a bug that prevented quest completion, but we'd need to see a log to be sure. Please attempt the quest again and if it still won't complete, log out and post your log1.txt file here.

3rd times the charm I guess. Made sure to track each and every single little guy and THEN approach Morin and a cutscene popp'd up to trigger match end. The mission still might need adjustment to make end game conditions trigger better. Perhaps a survival timer thats slightly larger rather then a kill all enemies. One got tied up in the back (the archers seem to not move as well as the creature riders)

Just a suggestion.

Yeah this is the third complaint we had with this quest, looks like we might need to throw in a timer after reaching the final road to trigger victory as well.

Quest information is lacking
 
As a long time RTS player, I am absolutely loving this game. However, I feel that the quest information box could use some more clarity...or...more information. I've attempted "Into the Swamp" 4 times today, and am on my 4th fail. The first 3 times I destroyed the church first (pointless, but learned that too late) and frantically clicked on the wizard, only to be forced into returning to map when my army of knights/mounted knights were near death. The 4th time I finally made it to the cut scene, only to have no idea where Morin was. I got so focused on finding Morin I completely lost track of my hero, who was killed by a random Ogre at the fall back point. It's unbelievably aggravating in not just this, but all sieges, to have no idea what/where my objective is. I've noticed a few pop up boxes at the top of the screen, which seem to serve no purpose other than to tell you what you're all ready doing. I can't help but feel like I spend more time wondering "OK, what next?" than I do actually battling.
