Patch # 1.4.3 - The Waiting Game!

Patch # 1.4.3

:::::Major Fixes and Additions:::::
-Fixed CTD caused by some foreign keyboard characters
-Fixed issue with Resolution perverting some players from starting the game

:::::Minor Fixes and Additions:::::
-Fixed major issue with skillpoints adding incorrectly. This fix will cause some units to reset their skillpoints
-Fixed PvP issue with defeated player still having to pay out the other player
-Fixed problems with formations often having no effect on units during combat
-Chat updates - General, Help and Regional chats will not flash the chat on default
-Chat updates - displays player's name in a different color, and added tags for admins and developers
-Added a quest that gives a Dragon Slayer and introduces player to Dragons

:::::Balance Adjustments:::::
-Health and Attack upgrades now use % of the base stat, instead of the current start - major change to high level units
-Regular units gets 10% upgrade to Health and Attack, while Heroes and Dragons get 4% Health and 8% Attack increase
-Area of Effect changes - decreasing effect of Dragon Fire Ball and Ranged fire projectiles
-Self-healing doesn not require units to be idle
-Self Healing - speed increases 4x for units. Decreased 2x for heroes and Dragons
-Self-Healing restores dead battalion members
-Increased Dwarven Miner stone and gold income 2x
-Dwarven Unit still level up several times slower than other units. Boost their level up speed 2X
-Hero and Dragon strength value will be on average be 50% higher
-Goblin Raider has stat to improve Eye - ranged unti skill. While Prowler doesn`t have it
-Dwarven Cannon firing stone price reduced to 6 stone
-Buying and Selling resources at NPC markets is now in 100 resources stacks
-Price on goods change at NPC markets as player buys or sells resources
-Secondary hero on homeland and worldmap take 4 pop

good patch

but there is an issue regards the formula with new hp and regen

yesterday a foot knights troops got 3800 hp (lev 20 maxed out)
now it have 1550 (lev 20 maxed out)
the new hp formula erased down by 60% all units hp. (hp buffer) making it more vulnerable to heroes, dragons and fireballs (or any high dmg ) even with dragons at -50% dmg since units now have -60% hp and dragons have -50% dmg, now dragons are boosted by 10% techically speaking..


This regen also not work when units stand still, i already tested out, it work only under combat, and is too high for normal units. units also keep spawning replacement from nothing like crazy.

If the formula now give % based on units basic stats, than units basic stats must be upgraded by a lot for even return at old hp, or have an augment
same for dmg, yesterday same troops where doing 450 dmg, now they do 261, the formula nerfed the dmg of units by a good 40-50%

Unit regen and self-healing will be fixed tomorrow, for now it is way too high, and new members only suppose to spawn every 10-20 seconds or so, and not 10 in 5 seconds.

And we might boost the regular units HP and attack upgrade 20-30% tomorrow as well, although would need more feedback on how the new formula works in PvP.

yeah regen of normal units should be x2 instead x4 and spawn every 15/20 sec than hp regen of normal units should be fine.

for dmg and hp upgrades of normal troops yeah 20-30% should work, anyway with this new stats should be easier to tweak perfectly the game. since we can work by 1% until we find perfect balance.


ps: units respawn should happens only when units are out of combat, not in combat.
