Game Server Upgrades Underway
 

As you might have heard we are working on upgrading our game server, and by now most of you might have experienced Connection Timed Out problems, we well as units and crowns going missing.

We deeply regret having to make these changes to the game server - but it`s necessary for the Steam release to go ahead. In addition this server upgrade will insure that our game server would never crash again in the future.

We expect the server upgrade to be finished by Monday. Meanwhile we encourage you to continue playing - as we can`t fix this without having some players online. And if you have lost units, or resources, please don`t hesitate to post on our forums, or contact us at support@reverieworld.com to get compensated for everything you might have lost.

do you have an ETA when we can login again? or are only some people affected by the Connection Time Out Error? if so how long will it take for these players to login again?

If you are getting Connection Timed Out error it means we had to bring the server is temporary down. Usually we bring it up with-in 20 minutes window. Keep in mind in rare instance you might have to restart your computer to be able to log back in.

And right now - we expect the server to be back online with-in 10 minutes.
