Defeated before I do anything.

Okay, so I got this game, it looks fun and all. But I have made 6 different games and I am defeated before I can do anything, and I mean.. literally defeated 4 seconds after I start the game. What is going on here?

what games? online kingdom or battles? battles in the online kingdom?

It would be helpful to the Devs to post everything you can about what you did, settings, location, army etc...
