Female Lord (Lady)
 

I know this is a long shot.. and would require model and sound work.
But I would really recommend being able to play as either a Lord OR Lady for at least the Human and Elf factions. The variety - would add to the experience and make the character feel a little more personal.
As is - it's supposed to be you, right? So it should be the most customizable unit in the game.. that and maybe the dragons, heh.

Sapphy, we do apologize for not including female characters for the hero. We planned this originally, but in the end our ex-publisher made a decision not to spend money and time on this extra customization:( Hopefully in the future if everything goes well and we get around to add hero customization we could work in a female model as well - at least for the Elves (as we already have art and audio files)

Oh yea - costumized heroes + town/armyColors would be awsome... but i know. First things first, right? ;)
