I have a registered account with an activated CD code - can't reinstall

Hi everybody,

After playing DOF online successfully for many months, I've just built a new PC. I just put in the disk, and then it asked for a CD key after installation. I've lost this CD code, but I've already activated the CD code on my account. Can anybody help me?
