Invalid Order Number?!

Hi!

I have bought the game and i got my order verification on 30.09.2011. Now when i try to download the game i got "Invalid order number" error! WHY? Please sort this out ASAP!

Given the purchase date, your order would have been through NexWay (who we no longer use to sell from our site), and I believe they had a time limit on downloads after purchase.

My next question: Where can i find my product key? I read all my e-mails but still can't find it.
