cd key is out of date
 

For what ever reason, when i try to enter my code it tells me that its no longer valid, i'v tried everything mentioned on the forum but no luck, can someone please help me

I get this message when trying to install the game
"The time period for this cd key is over"

also to me it said that the key is expired. What should I do?

The PC is running Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2, Spanish Language.

Ive mailed and am waiting to hear back. I just bought this game and i have this problem, Why is this happening, why all this problem of registering and codes and then i doesnt work. It is a bad first experience with this company. I hope the game is as good as it looks.
