Hmm yeah a little more explanation of when/where you saw it please :) Afaik this was teaser for something planned down the road.

uh..when your in one of ur own race's cities and u click or move over the siege button..it tells you you risk being an outlaw if you attack your own region's cities...sooo....???

I know what you're talking about. But I don't have any ideas. Probably hasn't been put in yet...but I've been too scared to attack my race's cities anyway. :)

So down the road if you atack a regions NPC cities..they'll return the favor :) Giving you the title "outlaw" in that region.

You're probably talking about Kingdom Wars right? I believe that when you attack a city of a race that you're not yet in war with in Kingdom Wars the cities of that race start sending armies to attack your cities.

no, its in online kingdoms. At least, that is what it says when u put your mouse over the siege button...

This hasn`t been implemented yet, but in the near future you`ll be either allied, neutral or at war (outlaw if it`s town of your own race) with NPC towns.
