Need help - cant play
 

I can't play as my human in the online kingdom.
the game crashed on exiting a quest, and everytime I try to log back in the video starts for the quest, but my game hangs with a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error message

i posted a truncated log to the bug report about 2 hours.
