getting refund from nexway
 

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but since they are your official redistributes, I might as well give it a try.

I recent bought DoF from you guys, however they guys at nexway wants to check my identification, therefore I have to send them my ID or some sort, the thing is, I really don't have a scanner or a fax here and would like a refund, since I can buy the game from direct2drive or gamersgate without such problem.

I send them an email yesterday, however I still haven't received any reply :confused:

I'm also not sure why guys decided to partner with such small scale company rather than steam or d2d or others as they have 24/7 customer service and usually answers my email within hours

Edit: any help from you guys would be appreciated since I'm having a hard time reaching them(they don't reply to my emails at all)
