View Full Version : How does an elf army get a heavy foot knight unit?

hi, i have been playing for a couple of weeks and building up my first army but after getting spanked in my first siege attempt i decided to retool my whole strategy. i did a bit of research and heard it was best to have a mixed army, now i have already established a trade agreement with an orc city and purchased some ogres but when i went to a human city to try and get some foot knights there were none available in the mercenary store. all that i could choose from was mace-men in the infantry section, but i noticed there were mounted knights available to buy but no foot knights? am i doing something wrong or is it some kind of flaw? thanks in advance, any help is much appreciated.

Try Dagbor for foot knights. I hope I remembered correctly. :)

ty soooo much :) and pls excuse my nubbness. i was unaware that the units available for purchase changed from city to city, i thought that if you went to one human city you could get all units available to humans.
