As it stands, this ability restores 3 HP a sec over 25 seconds, meaning... 75 HP total. Worse, this ability does NOT stack when multiple knights in a group use it. So it's basically a useless waste of stamina. Heal is also like this-- it restores 1000 HP over time, again, not really useful considering the stamina useage.
You're far better off using your commander to heal instead.

isn't it 3hp/s per individual. so it's good for getting low hp units back up but yea i agree it's underpowered as an ability

the personal heal potion is 10hp /x 10 sec (all soldier get the effect so is 10hpx10x15) but yes is underpowered i am gonna boost it up on next patch to 50hpx 5seconds x15 soldier so the heal will be fast like an insta heal (unlike pray who heal a bit for a good amount of time) very notable for "heat" moments.
regards the area heal (pray), yes you cant stack more, so this is why is good use only 1 knight pray at time to heal all the others near, so that way 10 units of knights can keep healing each other for a long amount of time. the area heal is quite effective but the effect is more delayed in the time.
