You should be able to redeem it on Market in-game. There you have option that is called "Redeem code". Be sure that you are entering valid code without spaces etc.

If it still doesn't work, feel free to contact Support via email - support@reverieworld.com

Hello,

Unfortunately this promotion has been discontinued yesterday, and we are in touch with Alienware about closing the page down.

I`m really sorry about this but this promo been running since early May, and it was due to end on the 18th. The giveaway page should be offline shortly.

This is most unfortunate as I purchased my copy of the game for two reasons after keeping an eye on it for a while and being unsure whether to purchase. Firstly that it was on sale and secondly that I had this starter pack key. Will those who already have a key from before the site is taken down still be eligible for the pack?

As in all honesty there are no valid from/expires dates on the site, simply a number. In addition it is the responsibility of the staff to ensure the page is taken down when it is supposed to and this has clearly been overlooked.

I am a huge fan of the game, it is great and it is my hope that customer support will be equally as good with this error.

Thank you,

I'll ask Konstantin to see if your keys will be eligible for the pack.

Sorry guys that promotion has expired, and Alienware will close the page shortly. These codes were good to redeem for well over a month.

Thank you for the reply Konstantin

But surely the page should be taken down when the promotion expires or at the very least an expiry date should be posted on the site? As all it had was a 'keys remaining', which is commonly used on other game sites like MMORPG.com to signify no expiry date, but when they are gone they are gone, type of affair.

While I can appreciate that it was down to Alienware to take the site down, surely Reverie should be proactive in ensuring they have the correct disclaimers on the site or that the offer is taken down when it is supposed to be?

In all honesty the decent thing for Reverie to do out of respect for their player base would be to honor any codes that were claimed before it was taken down as this isn't the customer's fault.

Regards,
