I know The issues
So during last major patch we ran into some major issues that appeared only after being put into the game .
I'm not going to lie to you it sucks, and it's all very embarrassing to say the least.
I will be rectifying this situation till we fix this. We have a small team so bare with us.

I do sincerely apologize, and i'm here personally to help in anyway I can.
I will refund anything I can long as you have a screenshot of the unit in-game. I will refund with crowns or Gold, till we can get your full units back. No Exceptions
However If you do not we can discuss it in a pm or you can msg me in-game (Hi11Zone) or any of our mods

I want the whole game to be refund, since i have it (around 1 week), i spent more times on forum looking for bug solution instead of playing, nowhere i read CAREFULL THIS GAME IS STILL ON ALPHA VERSION

Now, every game after 5 mnt playing all my units stuck in green shadow so i can't play and i bought 20 this **** 20 euro OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGG give me back my money

This is the only way that will save your units at the moment!!
Even after you get refund, your unit will disappeared again without this way because it won't save the game info out of your town. Trust me and try this way. By the way, we can give a little more time to devs til they fix this major problem.

now, its ok that i lost black green and red drags, and some heroes, i still have about 1000 crowns
so, meh. Thing that hitted me most is that i lost my 4 ice dragons - cant get them ingame.

Would appreciate ur help.

I have such huge loses as shown in my post in technical, that it will be impossible to get em refunded just in gold and crowns. If I get the gold on all of my 3 cities it will take ages and alot of it will be decayed until im done training all the units.... also training costs are higher now I cant even calculate how much gold I need. As sad as it is, I think that update failure made me quit now. I check back in after a year again and see how things went then. Wish you all the best and good luck !

make sure to bring your hero and armies to your town before logging out!!!!!
This is the only way that will save your units at the moment!!

I got 10 armies full how can i bring my whole armada into town.

I'm sorry for inconvenience, but i can assure you that we are doing all we can to fix known issues.

About stuck units - try to put them in army, and then transfer them back to your hometown.

Hey there i just ordered 120 crowns Not sure if your still having system trouble Just woundering when i could expect them?

Note to the dev team- Your doing a great job love the game Would recomend puting somthing on steam saying game is still in Development.

Thanks for the support! You should have received email message with the code right after the transaction have ended. The code would also have been displayed on the screen at the end of the purchase. If it`s not there (do check junk and spam), please drop us a line to support@reverieworld.com - include any info about your transaction (at least your email address used), and they`ll get you the 120 crowns code.

When this game functions properly it's a blast! But, I lost 5-10 units last night from my main army and an additional 10-15 full units today(1 or 2 of which were purchased with Crowns) completely randomly. There's been times when I couldn't move entire armies in a quest cause they were glowing green and got slaughtered. I have to say I've quickly lost the enjoyment in this game and it's now more stressing than anything. Short of some dramatic circumstances I think I'm about done with it. So I guess I'm just checking to see if there's any way to get a refund at this point. The copy was purchased through Steam.

my computer's grahpics card apperantly cant run dof fully and i was just told this 30 mins. ago even thou i was told my computer should be able to run it so i want a refund for the entire game till i can finally get enough money to get a custom on. (got dof on steam)

Refunds for the game can only be made by the retailer you purchased from.

So, as you purchased from Steam you will need to contact them.

If you post your graphics card details, we might be able to recommend some settings.

:mad: really upset about last patch lost all my elven units in main army took ages to max out 8 enchanters not worried about money and the rest i lost just the enchanters
also I keep losing connection to server which never happened before the patch not even once now i'm lucky if I play twenty mins before lose connection to server comes on and i'm back to windows screen not a happy bunny

I'm sorry about your loss. Feel free to contact any online GM for a refund :)

About losing connection - are you sure that you don't have problems with your AV/firewall? Could you please post your log.txt files so DEVs can check them out?

I lost a ogre unit. I logged out and back in and one was gone. In game name is singe22.
